Trailer Rental Requirements:

• Completed Timmons Trailer Rentals Agreement

• Signed Damage Insurance Election/Decline Form

• A Valid Driver’s License

• Valid Towing Vehicle Insurance

• Valid Credit/Debit Card
   

• Rental Periods:

• Each day the trailer is in your possession is considered a rental day.

• Towing Vehicle Requirements:

• Must be in good working condition and capable of towing the rented trailer.

• Customer Liability:

• The renter is responsible for any and all damages to the trailer during the rental period.
  The credit card provided will be charged for all damages upon return if not otherwise paid by the renter.
